Disclaimer – DIHARA Laundry Services
DIHARA Laundry provides laundry, washing, ironing, dry cleaning, and related garment care services using standard commercial laundry practices. By submitting garments to DIHARA Laundry, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Disclaimer.
1. Fabric & Garment Condition
DIHARA is not responsible for damage arising from:
- Poor fabric quality or manufacturing defects
- Weak, torn, aged, or heavily worn garments
- Pre-existing issues such as cuts, holes, burns, loose threads, or embellishments
Normal wear and tear may occur during washing, drying, ironing, or dry cleaning processes.
2. Color Bleeding & Shrinkage
DIHARA shall not be held liable for:
- Color bleeding, fading, or dye transfer
- Fabric shrinkage, stretching, or texture change
- These outcomes are natural risks associated with garment processing and fabric behavior.
3. Stain Removal
Stain removal is carried out strictly on a best-effort basis.
DIHARA does not guarantee complete stain removal, as certain stains may be permanent or react unpredictably to cleaning methods.
4. Valuables & Personal Belongings
Customers must remove all personal items including cash, jewelry, documents, keys, pens, and electronic devices before submitting garments.
DIHARA is not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside clothing.
5. Care Labels & Instructions
DIHARA follows manufacturer care labels where available.
If labels are missing, damaged, or unclear, garments will be cleaned using standard industry methods at the customer’s risk.
DIHARA is not liable for damage resulting from missing or incorrect care instructions.
6. Fit, Appearance & Finish
DIHARA does not guarantee:
- Original garment size or fit after cleaning
- Exact softness, texture, or appearance
Certain fabrics may develop minor impressions, shine, or crease marks during ironing.
7. Delivery & Timelines
All delivery timelines are estimated.
DIHARA shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Power or water disruptions
- Traffic, strikes, operational, or logistical constraints
8. Online Payments
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
DIHARA does not store card, UPI, or bank details.
Any transaction failures, delays, or refunds are subject to the respective payment gateway’s policies.
9. Damage & Liability Limitation
In the rare event of proven damage caused solely by DIHARA’s processing:
- Compensation, if approved, will be limited to a maximum of five (5) times the service charge of the affected item
DIHARA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Unclaimed Garments
Garments not collected within 30 days from the delivery or ready date may be donated or disposed of without further notice.
DIHARA will not be responsible for such items after this period.
11. Force Majeure
DIHARA shall not be held responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations
- Strikes, lockdowns, or public emergencies
Extra Options:
Optional 1: Service Refusal Clause
DIHARA reserves the right to refuse service for garments that are excessively damaged, contaminated, or unsafe to process.
Optional 2: Complaint Time Limit
Any complaints must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
Optional 3: Pricing Disclaimer
Prices are subject to change based on fabric condition, stain severity, or special handling requirements.
