Terms & Conditions – DI-HARA
By accessing, booking, or using DIHARA Laundry services (online or offline), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Scope
DIHARA provides laundry, washing, ironing, dry cleaning, and related garment care services, including doorstep pickup and delivery. Services may be fulfilled directly by DIHARA or through authorized service partners, following standard commercial laundry practices.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate order details, including item count, service selection, and delivery address
- Removing all valuables such as cash, jewelry, documents, and electronic items from garments
- Informing DIHARA in advance about special fabric care requirements or known garment issues
DIHARA shall not be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- All orders are subject to acceptance based on service availability and operational feasibility
- DIHARA reserves the right to decline or cancel orders due to operational constraints, safety concerns, or serviceability issues
- Cancellation and refund terms are governed by DIHARA’s Refund & Cancellation Policy
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are subject to change and may be revised at any time
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated
- Full payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery
- DIHARA reserves the right to revise pricing based on garment condition, service type, or special handling requirements
5. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timelines provided are estimated and not guaranteed
- DIHARA shall not be liable for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, strikes, power or water disruptions, or operational challenges
6. Damage, Loss & Liability
- In the event of proven damage caused solely by DIHARA, liability (if approved) shall be limited to a maximum of five (5) times the service charge of the affected item
- DIHARA is not responsible for normal wear and tear, fabric behavior, or pre-existing garment conditions
- All liability matters are governed by DIHARA’s Disclaimer Policy
7. Account Suspension or Termination
DIHARA reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer access or accounts in cases of:
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Misuse or abuse of services
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions or other DIHARA policies
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
